chatted with mummy in the morn.. she asked me to start saving money.. cuz i need to pay my sch fees..and i told her that if i can sign bond then i won't have troubles about money matters.. but daddy dun allow me to sign.. so.. >.<
and mummy told me.. (which somehow reminded me) to PRAY.
so told me about the wonders of prayers..how God helped her and my dad..
and it really acts as a reminder that.. gabby, dun think that it's impossible.. u gotta ask God to help u.. pray pray and pray. ask and u'll received..

it's really been a long time since i talked to God.. i've neglected Him since im busy working earning money.. i felt so bad about it.. cuz i always go to church every sun.. if im absent for church means im very ill.. but this time, it's becuz of money..

we also talked about evangelisim.. i told her that i spread gospel to my friends b4.. but they just couldn't listen.. they are sick-and-tired about hearing these..i also noe that so i usually tell my friends that if they really met any probs that they couldnt solve, PLS remember that there's a God up there.. my mum corrected me and say pray to Jesus Christ.. ask him to come into ur life and become ur saviour..this also reminded me that God is trinity..i kept focusing on the Holy Spirit.. haha

well i enjoyed chatting with mummy this morn.. LOL..

it pulled me back to my christian walk..
it's really important to have someone walking with u thru ur journey..
it really is.

the last time we celebrated brothers' day was like 4 yrs ago..
but todae... we celebrated brothers' day again!!

and we'll do that every year.. (i hope)

basically, brothers' day is the day where the brothers(in christ) will become "KINGS"
and the sisters will become "MAIDS"..
we have to organize the whole party.. prepare games.. food..gifts

this year the gurls have a dress code..
white top and jeans with either bandana or apron.. hahah..
ohoh.. we(jie meis) did bookmarks for the di xiong..
i did a triangle bookmark.. but didnt take a photo of it.. >.<
i dunno which guy took mine.. hahaha
can't trace it back >.<

didnt attend service for 2 sundays..but todae i did. haha
*yay* i enjoyed todae's service..
the worship was great.
the sermon was a lil bit funny.(but i still get heavy eyelids >.<)

after service dun have choir.. so... went back to ah ma hse..
played maple for awhile..slack at ah ma hse... then later i took some photos..

todae's choral concert was great!
the percussion went wrong abit.. but it's okay lah.. haha
reached victoria concert hall about 3 plus..(was late)

had a full rehearsal b4 break..
it was tiring.. cuz we stand still for very long..
sang 13 songs..plus encore and hymm.. so that makes 15.

just imagine standing there singing 15 long songs..
i dun mind standing lah.. cuz the fairs i worked already "trained" me..
but my lil toe cannot tahan.. cuz the shoe i wore cause my lil toe to have blister..
OUCH!

today's performace was impactful for me.. i sang seriously, thinking about the lyrics..
can say got feelings de.. HAHA..

becuz.. it's at paya lebar..and we're not familiar with that place.
actually we planned to go there by 3 plus.. then go city plaza to shop awhile cuz ah pei say that there's alot of cheap clothes there.. and really lor.. there's ALOT OF CHEAP CLOTHES. it's like the 2nd bugis.. but a lousier one.. hahaha

in the end, we reach there ard 6:30pm.. cuz vina went home late...>.<
so we just look and find a place to have our dinner.. we had kfc..

after dinner it's 7:15pm.. and we decided to get a cab down.. cuz we couldnt find the bus stop..
but it's after-work hours so most of the cabbies were hired..

so we walked to paya lebar mrt to try our luck for buses..
i asked the bus uncles and they say they DUNNO!
omt. HOW CAN THEY NOT NOE? they drive the same route so many times a day! and they DUNNO!!
lucky we met jialing.. she was trying to get a cab.. but with her, we have 5 ppl.. and the taxi cannot fetch 5 ppl.. so von and vina went with her..

so left me and vivian.. we waited and there's no taxi..
so we decided to walk to the taxi stand..
we waited for 1/2 hr then a taxi arrive..

SWT.

and we're late.. URGHH!

it's my fault!!! cuz i suggest to walk ard >.<

we had our height and weight..
AHAHA.. i've lost 3kg!!

weight:51kg(i noe it's still heavy... but at least i've slim down.. HAHA yay!)

after that i went to see the doc.. check bp and blood test.. i got poked by the needle cuz need to chou blood..luckily it's not pain.. haha

but poor wenya got poked alot of times.. cuz the vessels cannot be found.. LOL..

we didnt have our urine test cuz due to some reasons.. LOL.. so we have to go back again for the urine test.. urghh so troublesome..

after that we weny xray.. first time doing xray.. LOL it was fast.

later wenya went to cut hair..
and after that we went np to pay our fees and register online..
met hwee yi there too.

after that we met up with janice huimin and jian ming..
we went taka to look for joel
then later to cine
then heeren..

took neoprints..
and we went home...


that's it.. HAHA

but for me i went to ah yi hse.. to borrow black skirt from her.. cuz i need it for my choir performance..

but im wrong.. after the first day of work.
im in charge of cashier.. packaging.. promoting.. and cooking..
it's aLOT to do lor.. super busy!!

but it's another experience i must say.
it shows how fussy singaporeans are.. even for just 10 bucks item..
what im selling is a set of
2 boxes of mee suah(6 individual packs ea.box)
1 packet of hor fun(5 individual packs)
1 ee mian
1 yang chun mian
1 you mian..

a total of 6 items.. and it's only 10 bucks..
it's very hua suan lor.. and i got customers saying that it's too much.
TOO MUCH NOT GOOD MEH..
some customers even ask me still got free..
omg.. so fussy!!! sighs typical singaporeans aunties.. haha
(no offence ar..)

so far so good.. my colleagues are all friendly and nice..
the boss oso not bad lah.. at least he help to work.. not like those DA LAO BAN who just sit there and kiao kah.. haha

working happily so far.. haha..
