my first official day of hospital attachment.

yesterday was my so-called first day of hospital attachment, whereby i really worked, not having orientation.

i felt myself dumb. over there, i'm like back to square one.
i took a very long time to get all the parameters,
i even forgot how to use the comode.
i got scolded by patients.
i forgot how to chart.
i got a culture shock.

y culture. LOL.. cuz in st lukes, i can do things better.. but here.. its a lil scary.

gosh.

but luckily the ITE student nurses are there.. and the one i'm working with is from my secondary school. not too bad.
i've learnt alot from them actually
they taught me how to do it.
^^

in the morning rite, the nurse just ask me to do parameters, using the machine.
i was like.. okay. but i dunno how to operate the machine.
they just threw us with work and left us alone.

RARH.

i guess i have to be independent now. cuz the ITE students is having halfday todae. and tmr they will not be there.

im so screwed.

NOW, i OWN a stethoscope! thanks to my P10 clique! its my belated bday present. I LURVE IT. thanks! now.. im lacking of a BP set. hahaha.. nvm my uncle got the bp set.. yay yay.. i can now practice ^^

todae's attachment is just hospital orientation.. hmm.. quite boring. hahaha.. at least i know i got nice staffs. ^^

im not going to NUH tmr. so sad. its like FIRST DAY of work. sighs.. i have to go to sch to attend the student delegate training. >.<

practiced dance after church todae.OMG. its sth that Gabby can't do well..
well.. at least we had lots of fun. and laughter X)

tmr's attachment! im suppose to feel excited. but somehow.. im not.
rather, i felt sian.

heard from mingjie that his first days he cannot adapt.
i guess i would be the same too.. cannot adapt to the shifts.
the environment.
i'll try to adapt to it asap. :)

i went ah ma hse in the morn b4 i go to school..
looking at gong gong week by week, he's getting thinner and thinner.

sighs.
i always got the urge to help him.. to help him to pat his back..etc..
but i dunno y.. i just couldnt do it. i dunno wad's stopping me..
everytime i see him cough i feel the pain..
i must step out of the box. im a student nurse. its my job.
and not only that..
because i LOVE my folks.

then i see ah ma taking care of gong gong, worrying about him.. its very sweet, though ah ma keep on scolding gong gong..
i remember they always sit in the garden and chat...
i remember taking a photo of them holding hands.

and i thank God for giving me such wonderful, cute and loving grandparents!

BBQ is so sinful.

sighs. i only memorise the main points..

after sch and brunch with my np friends, i went church for rehearsal.
it was great and fun. VERY FUN.
tmr will be a FUN dao ji dian day. haha

after rehearsal i went for cg17 BBQ..
nice bbq-ing time. but fellowshipping time is..... for me is.....
is.... very lil.
i felt so bad for not talking to them.
i've neglected my rainbow doughnuts. >.<
this is so so bad larh.

40days is coming to an end.. tmr is that day.
haiz.. 8weeks.. so fast.

this week is study week.
meaning.. INTENSIVE STUDYING FOR 7 DAYS.

well.. i dun really like studying there..

1st. cannot talk.thus cannot discuss about any topics.
2nd. can't find books.

we've all grown up.

i went back to hong kah todae!
so happy that my teachers still recognise me.. and i had a nice time listening to them talking about how stressful ar they. hahaha..

after that wenya and i called kitty out to have dinner nearby school.. its been a long time since i see her again. then while waiting for her.. we saw chester. he looked different.. LOL.. then later i tot of his gf stephanie.. whether are they still together.

and during the lunch cum dinner time. I GOT TO KNOW SOMETHING.

some of u know that im through the kk sponsership interview.. and im offered the sponsership.
b4 i went for the interview.. i prayed and told God that its okay if i get or not. but i want it.
and He gave me...
b4 the interview, i told myself I MUST GET THE SPONSERSHIP. I NEED THE MONEY.
and when i received the good news, im so happy that i told alot of them!

BUT NOW. im thinking about dropping it.
after i've discussed with Qiu Jie.. i think im going to drop it. i really got no idea wad to do.
(can ask me y i drop it.. but im lazy to blog it.)
